READ THE STICKY

• If a conversation with another leader on this forum, facebook, irl, or otherwise leads to a declaration of war (Or you've been a sneaky-sneak and have been building up forces to take on the world Hitler-style), you must make a thread in the "WAR!!!" section declaring this event.
  
• You must include the start date, reasoning, who you are warring against, and if you have any allies.
• After declaring war here, you must move over to the planning section to plan a more specific time, place, method, and date to resolve this conflict.
• Note: It is up to you to keep track of your weapon stocks, soldiers, etc. If another country is bigger and more powerful than you, it may not be very smart to declare war on them all willy-nilly.

ANYTHING ELSE

• If you wish to make a public declaration of any other kind, make a "Declaration Thread" for your nation, and post all public declarations, treaties, etc. in there.
  
• Be careful what you post! If you've just figured out nuclear bombs or discovered cloning, alternate universes, or some other crazy stuff you might want to consider whether other nations will want it or not. They may do almost anything to get it!
